Hays Travel - Southampton Avis 

Went to Southampton branch today with loads of questions, thinking of booking a Cruise. We spoke to Zoe who was amazing, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. As you can imagine we were back and forth, changing our minds, looking at different ships etc. Zoe was genuinely smiley, and helpful throughout. We left after booking our first cruise, not because of pressure or sales tactics, just amazing customer service and advice. Thank you Zoe.

Bethany in southampton branch has been a complete star this weekend helping me book a lovely surprise for my grandaughters at xmas and helping me sort out holiday money and holiday card for my Turkey holiday in a couple of weeks absolute star 🌟

Went in just to enquire about a cruise to the fjords.
We spoke to Bethany who was super helpful and very
Knowledgable.she listened to all our questions and came up with all the answers.We were so impressed that we booked the cruise on that day for next year.

Care was taken to listen to my requirements and sort all the questions asked.
As to finding a Holiday its easy, no stress of searching, every thing I wanted or seeking was considered.
Came out happy with another wonderful trip booked , and believe me I dont make it easy, wanted to seek information on a few choices.
But never a problem, Hays always strive to find you ,your perfect break.

Steven and Savannah were both very professional and helpful. They gave great advice as to what to expect and where would be the best cabins especially as I am a first time cruiser

Spoke to Stephen about a new cruise adventure with a different cruise line that he had done Stephen was very knowledgeable about it , it sounded so good so we booked a cruise , can always trust Stephen 😁 and the rest of the hays staff

Have used Hays travel before, the team are always helpful and friendly, and would recommend booking in person, online isn’t always the cheapest.
Our agent Zoe price matched to an online holiday once cleared with a manager, which meant it cancelled out the additional costs of transfer’s , luggage and adding breakfast’s to our holiday, plus it’s so nice to get that personal service, Zoe was polite and super efficient, another great experience

I never give 5 stars because there’s always room for improvement. But I will say the staff were friendly helpful polite and obliging. I haven’t used a travel agent for 15 years , I will say I will recommend the Above Bar Branch in Southampton
