My son in law booked for my husband and myself and his own family the day before. I know he was very pleased with the whole procedure.

I tried booking with P&O direct for a cruise. I wanted to fly from Birmingham, and was told no flights available. I spoke to a lady called Chelsea and she found me flights from Birmingham. Small discount also . 5 stars all round.

All the agents were knowledgeable and helpful. Understood requirements and devised two packaging and pricing options. Jackie Wilson was first point of contact and was excellent. Finalised reservation with Michelle, who clarified a few questions before proceeding. One slight frustration was the telephone message of one of the agents saying she was busy and would call back when she was actually off duty. Would recommend your cruise team to others.
