Level of helpful, friendly service, was outstanding! …
I was extremely pleased with the service which was very friendly and helpful, from Natasha at Hays Birchwood. She really couldn't have been more helpful.
I have used Hays on a number of occasions and the service just gets better and better plus the price was great too!
It's great to know that I can call in to Hays or make a call if I have any queries which is much better than an internet set-up that I will always stay away from.

Holiday booked!
I have booked a holiday previously with Hayes travel and as before cannot fault the service. This is a holiday for myself and my grandson and we popped into the store to look at our options and chose a package to Majorca.
I returned yesterday and confirmed the booking which had been saved. Everything was arranged as a bespoke holiday for us. I was able to top up my eurocard ,buy currency and purchase insurance all at the same time. Joe was so helpful. I highly recommend Hayes travel
