ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND
We always use Hays Travel for all our holiday bookings. The team at the Birchwood Warrington store are ultra professional. They do a lot of work to ensure you get a great holiday at a competitive price. Our usual consultant Bev is so knowledgeable about the travel industry. She has just tailored a package to the Maldives for us for 28 nights in 2027. Ensured we secured "price guaranteed" bearing in mind current fuel etc issues. They are always on the ball regarding passport and visa requirements. Very thorough regarding travel insurance and other ancilliary issues. Don't go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed !

South Africa - I had no idea where to start!
I had no idea where to start with my trip to South Africa. Joe at Hayes Travel Birchwood Warrington listened very carefully to what I wanted included in the trip (I wanted Victoria Falls as well as a Safari, a trip to Tabletop Mountain and a Vineyard / Wine tasting as South African wine is a favorite). I wanted specific dates as my trip is in memory of my much loved late partner, who spent a number of years working in South Africa when he was in his twenties. I wanted May - his birthday month and I wanted to be there for his actual birthday. Despite the short notice, Joe patiently searched and found the last seat on a trip this year, and it included a visit to a Swazi craft centre - that was ‘a sign’, Mike had always told me Swaziland was the most beautiful part of South Africa. Thank you Joe and Hayes Travel, this trip means so much to me.

Very friendly and helpful staff
I popped into Hays Travel Birchwood to purchase a gift card and was looked after by Joe, who was accompanied by another colleague (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name).
