Nicola was very accommodating. She listened to what everyone was looking for ( party of 6) .
She even showed us the Hayes app so that we could keep up to date with any changes on our booking.

Good booking experience
Joanne was proffessional throughout the booking experience whilst remaing friendly. Her knowledge of holiday location was evident and her advice re airport parking and travel money card was helpful.
