Great booking experience
The booking experience through Hays in Waterlooville was fabulous. Communication was through email at first (my choice) and they did really well in delivering our requirements and within our budget. Special thanks go to Emma and Freya.

I saw Vicki as soon as the shop opened…
I saw Vicki as soon as the shop opened she was very helpful. She had trouble logging on to the system and it kept asking for her password.
We told her what we were looking for and price range.
We booked the first holiday we saw on the computer. We had looked on easyJet web and had seen it on there.
We were offered another airport but as I explained to Vicki, we travel up to the airport by train. And the other airport didn't have the train station nearby.
She was really chatty and friendly.

Staff always go the extra mile to ensure holidays booked are the best choice. Staff also always find information about your destination chosen, what to do and visit. Occasionally the staff have visited the places we’ve booked and can give us a good account about these holidays. Very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Hays is always are go to travel agents
