Stess free and reassuring
We went in with a fairly wide idea of what holiday we wanted but with little idea of how to arrange it. Vicky was very helpful and spent time advising us and looking for exactly what would suit. It was a stress free and reassuring way to book a holiday.

Hays ..nothing too much trouble
I had already chosen my trip but wanted to check a few things like booking seats etc.we were on a time limit due to personal issues but atlanta went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered even contacting shearings there and then to confirm a couple of things

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I was treated with kindness and respect and straight away felt like a valued customer. I will definitely be booking another holiday again with Hays. Lucy is a credit to Hays.
