Hays Travel - Yate Avis 

Non pushy patient staff ( Rebecca and Catalina) and listened to our wants and needs. We are exited to enjoy the Holiday we booked.

Although we had done a bit of research online, I was not confident in finishing the purchase as there were other factors involved that I was unsure how to deal with. Catalina was so helpful and ensured we will get what we wanted to achieve. Thank you.

Helpful and friendly staff nothing is to much trouble

Sharon the lady at the shop was very nice. Was able to answer my questions and those she couldn't or needed help from another assistant in the shop, a real team effort. I was given copies of my documents. The payment was easy and so efficient. I am glad I chose Hayes for a change. I wanted a different experience. Nothing was too much trouble all my questions were answered. Instructions were given to make my account to book excursions. I am now getting excited about my holiday.

Jo was friendly, patient and found us a lovely cruise.

Jo our travel agent spent time looking at different hotels and deals until we were happy with a package that worked for us.

We havent been into Hayes in Yate for a few years we thought the staff were Very welcoming , helpful and easy to talk to the whole experience was dealt with professionally and we felt comfortable in sorting out our holiday 😀

Kateryna and Sophie were very helpful to me as I tried to sort out a surprise get away for my husband.

Our communication was through emails, phone calls and in person which was all clear and accurate.
