This was a fairly straightforward UK city break booking for Edinburgh in November. Rebecca's help and advice meant it was a quick and easy transaction.

Went to the Hayes branch in Yate looking to book a cruise for my sisters 50th birthday. Cat made the booking fun and professional. I can not fault the service with her.
