I was very happy with HBH Woolacotts today. The Manager, Paul, was very helpful and considerate of my minor moan. Thank you, Paul.

So helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely personal service. No hard sell/trying to up-sell, just listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't try to blind me with science or make me feel overwhelmed. So fortunate to have a local company like Woolacotts.- I would never have received the same high level of service from other national companies/on-line.

We recently purchased an Ebac washing machine, which was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Wollacotts even 'phoned the next day to check that we were happy and that it was working. We never go anywhere else for appliances and would highly recommend them for any electrical goods.

Fantastic customer service, really new their stuff. We’re 100% interested in making sure our needs were met with the right product. No hard sales, good advice and genuine people unlike Curry’s staff who are rude and obnoxious. Used their delivery and instillation team and they were fantastic as well. If you are lucky enough to have a HBH Woollcott’s near you then never shop at Currys who think they have the monopoly but the news for them is that HBH Woollcott’s provide a far better customer experience and you will return.

Brilliant local company with great standards. I have bought lots of goods from the Wadebridge branch in the last few years. Staff are polite and knowledgeable and their records of previous transactions are great. In a recent experience, out cooker hob broke on Friday, and an identical one was fully fitted by Tuesday morning. Why go to anyone lse.

Our Bodmin branch is great, Have had our tv repaired in the past, and aerial problem service is second to none, definitely recommend this company great customer service.

Fantastic shop, and fantastic delivery too, from the time we walked into the shop, steve couldn’t be more helpful, and James & James delivered the product with a smile too, interestingly I asked James & James what are like to work for, and they said brilliant as it’s a family run business

A family run company of the highest order. Their company motto is “A company in pursuit of excellence”. They certainly reach that. Liskeard & Bude are the two stores we have dealt with and service is second to none. The staff are friendly, but professional. Their knowledge is first class and the gentleman that deliver & install are also top class. Many of the staff have been there a long time, which say a lot about the company.

The guys at liskeard branch really helped me out after my kids broke our Samsung tv. Being on a budget but not wanting to downgrade they recommended a model from last year. Their knowledge and professionalism give my the confidence to buy it and I’m glad I did. I would have never landed on this tv without their advice. Fantastic company with brilliant staff.

I had a problem with my iPad, connecting to itvx. I thought I would have to buy a new iPad. Matt sorted the problem out for me, without the purchase of a new iPad. As I have such good service I will always now use woolacotts without shopping around.

Only went in to buy a chest freezer and after chatting with Matt and Ollie at the Plymouth branch I decided to upgrade my current Oled tv to a new one. They are very informative and super friendly and helpful. No pressure selling whatsoever. I felt very comfortable and happy with both of my purchases today and the tv was installed 4 hours after. Got my tv taken away for repair came back quick with a price wasn't in my price range so he found me something in my budget for a new tv, Friendly, quick, easy purchase over the phone.
Definitely deserves a lot of recognition.

Used Woolacotts in Wadebridge three times now and each time the service has been excellent. Corrina assisted us in store. Ben and Travis delivered and installed our TV and Sonos, and were friendly, polite and extremely helpful.

Bought all my kitchen appliances at Woolacotts Bude... they went above and beyond to sort it all out. Jay at Bude totally top rate. I love this shop and so do all my pals. Great prices too.

The staff at Woolacotts, Plymouth, are very knowledge about the products they sell, taking the time to explain the products they sell. Also they are very accommodating with downloading and printing information off for you. This topped off by the two delivery drivers, James and Adam who arrived at the time specified, removing the old appliance and bringing the new one in.

I want to just say now, that this is a family run business and that is something I am always happy to support and I'm very glad I did.

I have to admit, I did not realise it was a family run business at first. But then when I ran into issues with the appliance I brought l, I called to invoke the warranty. Well this is where this company excels and shows it isnt a giant conglomerate, they have an excellent customer service department. They supply a loan appliance while they fix yours and they do go over and above to try and sort things out for you.

For me, this was delayed, I assume it is because getting parts into this country recently has become a far harder task than it used to be. But the wait for the part was going to take way to long. So one of the company's customer service associates took it upon herself to speak to the managing director, who then gave her the go ahead to issue a refund, but further to that, since I had lost faith in the appliance make and model, helped me towards a more sturdy and suitable make.

The thing that stood out to me was that they actually care. It's not an automated system from a huge company and it shows. An unfortunate friend of mine brought a Samsung phone recently and apparently having a single scratch voids the warranty on that 1,200 pound phone after a few months, that's what big companies can do, they don't care at all about their customers. But HBH Woolacotts actually care about their customers and their return business, customer service means something, a warranty means something. The way it used to.

On top of this, I wanted to write to the managing director to tell him how impressed I was with one of his customer service associates, and so I did. I got a call from him to offer an apology for the appliance having gone wrong.

I didn't think these type of companies existed anymore. What an absolutely wonderful experience with a wonderful company, and one that I will recommend over any argos or AO every single day, because they look after their staff and they look after their customers. It used to be why I used amazon, until recently, because they used to have such good customer service (not so much these days) but when you are buying and expensive appliance, that is what you want and need from a company. Their after sales service is just as important, if not more than just being able to buy a product.

HBH Woolacotts has you and your appliance covered! So many good reasons to recommend this company. I hope they outlast all these big companies, because they thoroughly deserve to!

What can i say. Good old fashioned service at the coypool plymouth branch. Got another fridge freezer for my dad. Within 10 minutes new one was loaded into the back of my car. They even told my dad dont bother to register the product for a guarantee just come back here and well sort it out for you. Excellent service from great staff cannot fault.

I ordered a Bosch washing machine. I carefully researched the product that I wanted and found that Woolacott’s price was very competitive. I placed my order over the phone to the Liskeard branch, and the man that I spoke to was both knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was free and I paid for installation and removal of my old washing machine. Again the price was very good.
The two men who arrived to install the washing machine were polite and efficient and the machine was installed in about 15 minutes. This is the second product that I have bought from Woolacotts and I strongly recommend this lovely little company.

Came in today to buy a new TV having done some research online. We were approached by Andy who confirmed that the one we'd selected was a good option. He was very helpful whilst not being pushy. Andy served us through the entire purchase and helped us out to the car with it. Very impressed that the 5yr warranty was automatically set up without me having to remember to register it.
