Placed an order for their website which said equipment in stock. Delivery within 2-3 working days. After 5 days when querried I was told it will take upto 10 working days. I was also told that they are not keen on my order because they have under charged me.

Dont use UPS
Ordering and payment side all fine, process let down by UPS delivery. Originally stated Friday delivery with signature required, so made sure I was around. Later in day notified parcel delayed. Eventually rescheduled for Monday between 11.30 and 14.30. Parcel was delivered to neighbour at 11.20 whilst I was out.

After not receiving an item in January…
After not receiving an item in January 2022 , for 3 weeks after being promised it was due the next day etc , in August 2023 , I am being asked to supply more details , why ?.
The original review was in January 2022 , and a reply from hce in the review part a few months later .
Being informed if I did not reply my original post may be taken down , again why after this time
This is another indication of the poor service.

Poor customer service - did not get product!
10 days after placing an order and it's still not in stock.
Not informed of this. Just left to wait, while I'm thinking they're arranging shipment.
When I call they tell me that next week they may have it in stock.
Why allow me to make an order online for a product that is not in stock? The sales rep for HCE, although nice, said they are the only distributors of Elite Bags in the UK.
Meanwhile, I had a look on Medisave website and they have 9 in stock.
Now I have to spend my time doing this refund request, and ordering with medisave.
Not happy.
