I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very friendly and on their game. They provided me with the best home insurance and monthly rates.

Poor communication, very rude on the phone and take a long time for a response.

Amazing service and the quote was better than everyone

I called for a quote on house insurance and got a quote very quick. I explained what I wanted and Gale was fabulous at finding the right company for me with everything I needed. Very happy with the service and quick responses as well as always available to answer any questions.

I paid for a whole year at once and a week later I get a call with a statment that they have to charge me almost $5000 now instead of $2800 I agreed to upon now that I have this extra money to pay that wasnt disclosed at the beginning I was told one price at the beginning then i said okay I'll pay the whole year then it get increased a week later by a couple thousand and that since I wanted to cancel because it's to much and not worth it I'm still waiting to hear back and also I was told that I would have to pay for full price at the higher premium rate for a month that I have had insurance with less than a week.im still looking for a resolution for this issue and I cant drive around because I'm not sure if I have been cancelled or what since I talked to someone at hdf of Friday since I have let them know I won't be proceeding to pay more that I paid initially.
