1. Immediate action was taken by the Proclean company to clean and remove soot, remove burned and damaged items, and prepare the unit for restoration.
2. I should appreciate the adjuster’s continuous follow-up in obtaining the appliance inspection report, although, in my opinion, the preparation of the damage cost estimate report by Proclean took longer than expected.
3. The option of allowing the property owner to select the contractor for the restoration resulted in greater accuracy, higher quality repairs, and improved building safety. Although Max Insurance did not approve the costs related to improving the electrical system, installing a new subpanel, and related upgrades, carrying out these additional works at my own expense will, in my opinion, be an advantage for next year’s insurance coverage with Max.

Tammy has always been there to help me when I need assistance. I have spoken to her on several occasions and I truly felt supported every step of the way. From the moment I reached out, the level of care, patience, and professionalism stood out immediately. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand.
