We purchased the Tom playhouse
We purchased the Tom playhouse. And WOW the kids absolutely love it. To be honest I do too I really enjoyed painting it and adding a few touches. We have had lots of lovely comments from people about the playhouse. The summer has been full of imagination for the kids between playing house to playing restaurant they are having a ball with the playhouse. Hennessy timber group has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you ❤️

Nice swing set however quality of timber not as expected. Timber seems quite soft and split a lot when putting it together.

Bosse Unit & Accessories…gift that keeps on giving!
We purchased the Bosse Play Unit from Hennessy’s a number of years ago for our then 2 and 4 year old. The unit just keeps on giving! We’ve recently added some new accessories as our children have grown and there isn’t a day they aren’t out creating games and finding new ways to love the unit.
Cannot recommend the unit and company enough. Incredibly helpful and fast service, a truly wonderful Irish business. The summer entertainment is well covered, plenty of space for both our two and their pals.

Good Product - Difficult Assembly
Good service when buying product, delivery was super quick - arrived within a week of purchasing.
Product is good quality, however assembly is extremely difficult there are too many smaller parts which is unnecessary, the ladder etc could be pre-assembled, their are literally hundreds and hundreds of screws. This a two person job, 1 entire day. A video would be really helpful, instruction manual is poor - I did call to see if there was further resources, but go no further information.

No after sales service at all
No after sales service at all.
I bought a hammock last year. I emailed them to see if there was anything that needed to be done to treat it and got no response. 12 months later I noticed a crack in it. I emailed with pictures , then rang multiple times. When I did get through to someone ( on 3 difficerent occasions) I was told they would find out for me ( fair enough if they didn't know ) and get back to me. No one has ever gotten back. I wasn't even asking for a refund or free part , I just want to get a new part so I can use the hammock.

Charlie unit
Ordered the Charlie unit was very happy with how it turned, it is strong and sturdy out delivery was quick and at the time and date I was told within 2 weeks of ordering it.. only slight downfall was the screws 5 different size heads. Bit I would recommend and Wil buy again Patrick Clare

Bosse Unit
We would recommend the Bosse Unit with nest swing. It’s a fantastic addition and the company were so helpful to deal with. With one Man assembly it takes several hours to put together but the quality and appearance is excellent. Would definitely buy other things from this company. Mary in Co Mayo .

Lovely looking but poor quality
Lovely looking, but an absolute nightmare to assemble. The wood was splitting when drilled and it seems poor quality. I should have paid for a more expensive wood and had someone install it (this company don't offer that service though) but it would have saved 4-5 hours time and a lot of stress.

Poor quality veranda supplied. Shards of timber coming off it and dangerous for children to use. Was told on the phone that they are all like that and there was nothing they can do. Surely a company advertising children's products would take into consideration the safety of children using them

As was discussed over the phone yesterday our veranda is manufactured using pressure-treated native timber. This is the same timber used by all other play unit manufacturers in Ireland. As many customers requested a veranda, we decided to provide this as an additional feature and it has proved to be very popular. As a result, it is different from the timber used for the playhouse.
