Highly recommend Hennessys. There customer care and quick delivery service is fantastic. I bought the Bosse swing set awhile back for my two kids. Great quality, kids love it especially the nested swing seat. Will definitely be hearing from me in the future.

Henry play unit - 5 Star Recommendation
Purchased the Henry play unit. Excellent quality product. The staff was so helpful and the driver couldn’t do enough when it was delivered.
Very happy with the company overall so I will be using them again and I’d highly recommend them.

I ordered a slide and payed for delivery but fastway rang me and said they can't deliver it cause its too big so I had to collect it myself in new Ross so I was my delivery money back. It cost me 20

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience.. I was going to refrain from a review but seeing as you invited the review I will respond. Paid over €600 for a very important item in November on the reassurance they were in stock & promised the item would be on a delivery run late November/early December. Then told I’d have it by 25th. No sign and I had to follow up repeatedly about twice weekly for it to be let slip that there were delays at cork port. I cannot understand how
That was a factor for my purchase as I was told it was in stock at the time I purchased. I offered a refund.. I’m not sure how that works for a 5 year old Christmas morning..
Thankfully we found a business that does honest business & purchased the item elsewhere. The Only positive was my request for a bank transfer refund was accepted. I have a feeling this helped sort out an item that was over sold and hopefully help another family that was led up the path. Will never shop here again.

Firstly we would like to apologize for the poor experience that you had when purchasing from us as this is not the high level of service we normally provide to our customers as you can see from our Trustpilot rating.
We did have a supply of this product which sold out quickly and we had a slight delay on the second batch of product.
As we mentioned to you on the call we would have certainly had the item delivered to you before Christmas Day but instead, you decided to opt for a refund for the item which you were completely entitled to.
We can assure you that this product was not oversold and every customer that ordered this product for Christmas got it delivered in time for Christmas Day.

Paid €100 deposit on a pink vespa sold to someone else
Paid €100 deposit on a pink vespa on the 29th of October. I was assured it would be there when I went to collect and it did not matter how close to Christmas I waited. Today i was told they oversold but everyone else got sorted but not me because an email did not go out internally! I do not believe in luck, just incompetence and clearly the staff are poorly trained in the systems to not be able to verify the stock you have. Management need to step up and take responsibility for having poor policies and procedures in places to protect incidents like this occurring. The staff member could not even tell me who the manager was. Stuck now less than a week to Christmas to source an item that's not available! Beyond disappointed

Customer service for me is what stood out the most. Firstly I was in contact with Amy and she was very helpful. Secondly, our delivery guy, unfortunately I can't recall his name 🙈 who had travelled all over the country that day with deliveries was so so friendly.

We ordered a swing set last year
We ordered a swing set last year. It was delivery within the week by a lovely delivery driver. We put the set together in a little over an hour. Our kids have had hours of fun on this. The quality if fantastic and we have been able to swap out the swing for a nest, climbing rope, etc... I have just ordered another item of Hennessy yesterday and it arrived today. Couldn't recommend them enough. Its great to support Irish businesses
