Hi! I ordered slide very happy with order how ever for the price as 120€ 20€ delivery was a bit surprising?! But instead of 3 week’s waiting as said in website slide come in earlier I think week later!

I was asked to write this review even…
I was asked to write this review even though I have not yet received my order. Website says 2-3 weeks and it will be going on 5 weeks before I get it (hopefully) Zero contact from them I rang 3 times myself and given different reason each time..can't review the product as I haven't recieved it yet but delivery and customer service are poor.

I would have given 5 stars only that…
I would have given 5 stars only that the product itself when delivered was a bit worse for wear. Mould on the packaging & some of the wood inside & the slide was completely faded.
Otherwise the service was great. They delivered it early. I requested delivery earlier than the estimated 2 weeks so we could build it in time for my daughters Birthday & they delivered it even sooner than I had requested. My daughter loves it and it looks great now all put together. The only pity is the faded slide. My partner put it together & found some of the predrilled holes were off on the uprights so throws it all off level & one of the uprights were cracked. Thankfully he's a carpenter so could work around it & got it together.

Update: was told would arrive 1st week of April. No surprise it didn't come really. Was told dey would ring today Tuesday the 11th of April with delivery date when I enquired why it didn't arrive 1st week of April. We shall see if that phone call comes.
