Great service really good quality

I have purchased a pair of Pietta blank firing revolvers from Henry Krank and have been very pleased with the quality of the guns and with their efficient service. They offer a unique chance to purchase historic firearms and replica's and essentially fulfill a lifelong dream of owning these. I appreciate that there is a company out there that fills this niche. Looking forward to purchasing and collecting more of these fine reproduction revolvers.

Out standing service second to none

Excellent go to shop if you need any advice or supplies

Brilliant place with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always answered any questions with easy explanations and suitable recommendations. Dealt with them for years especially with my black powder firearms and would be very reluctant to go anywhere else. Happily recommend with no reservations

I have intermittently purchased items from HenryKrank co for some decades now. I have always received good honest service with purchases or returns. To me they are trusted reliable company to deal with, Thank you.

Definitely the go-to shop for older guns, black powder and shooting stuff! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and interest in the historical side of firearms. As someone with an interest in 19th century British long guns they have been a fantastic source of help and advice and now with my FAC no doubt a regular haunt for supplies.

Always very helpful, and great stock level ,I don't think I have ever been and they didn't have what I was looking for now I have moved to Scotland I don't get chance now to call in and say hello, but I still order online if I see anything I want ,

First time l have been in contact with a company like Henry Krank & Co, but l wanted to make sure that l could purchase the right item when the time is right, and it appears that l should be lucky with this company, what they stock and sell would be adequate to my needs. Live fire, Blank firers, Collectables, they have it all, l can't go wrong with this company. Thankyou Henry Krank & Co. l know who l will be getting in touch with when the time is right.

I purchased a Charles Lancaster muzzle loading rifle. Great guys great company. wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

The guys atthehop are always very helpful and the orders are always delivered in a timely fashion.

First time purchase. I needed wads and cards for 13 and 8 bore the service and delivery time spot on thank you.

Top quality shop.

Warning to other Auction buyers: Our experience with their auction was truly terrible. After winning an item, we received no notification, no invoice, and no confirmation at all. Weeks later, the staff contacted us, falsely claiming we had been “unresponsive”. The tone of the email was full of reproof as if we were avoiding them. Totally exasperating as this was the first communication we received!

When we actually called to pay the bill, they made matters worse by being extremely rude and condescending. We asked to speak with a manager, hoping to clear things up, but she was even worse—rude, dismissive, and instead of resolving the issue, she told us they were cancelling the sale and reporting us to the-saleroom. This was shocking, especially since we were literally on the phone trying to pay.

We’ve been buying at auctions for over 15 years and never once failed to pay or been treated so poorly. Every other auction house has promptly sent an invoice by email or has called us to arrange payment. I checked and our details were correct, so no excuses. It’s incredibly frustrating when the auctioneer is clearly at fault! Maybe they need to reconsider auctioning!

Great customer service from Krank plus useful advice when required well done team Krank

After having decided to start collecting deactivated revolvers from the 19th century and particularly the American Civil War Period I found Henry Krank online. Before I decided to part with any money however I wanted to talk to someone about starting a collection, what to expect regarding deactivated guns, which I knew nothing about and many other subjects which as a novice I knew little about. I have found all of the staff informative and very helpful, always quick to answer emails and very friendly on the phone. I would recommend Henry Krank and its staff to anyone from the beginner collector like me to the experienced collector.

I have been dealing with Henry Kranks for many years , what a fantastic well run company so helpful professional and very quick with delivery’s . The staff are very knowledgable and go above and beyond to help
