Well the title says it all. From the initial valuation, to viewings, negotiations when we had offers and then support through the stressful sale process, they were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, I was happy to trust them with a key while I went on holiday and most importantly, we were regularly updated and provided with feedback from our viewings. Hope to never move again, but if I do, I would definitely be back in touch.

Herb & Crabtree weren’t even our agent, they were working for the vendor of the property we were buying. I cannot praise them enough, nothing was too much trouble, courteous, professional, friendly. Definitely worth 5 🌟

Have received excellent service from all at Hern and Crabtree, Heath. We sold on our open day for the full asking price. Everyone has been most helpful, professional and efficient. We dealt with Anthony and Stephanie mostly, as well as progression chaser Jan. Have no complaints at all and, having moved a few times, Hern and Crabtree, Heath, are by far the best we have experienced compared to other Estate Agents we’ve used.
Jan, who I believe is based in Whitchurch branch, has been really great at chasing the progression of the chain and has kept us updated with frequent feedback. If we ever decide to move in the future I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We felt really well looked after by Hern and Crabtree Heath Office throughout our house sale and purchase. Our open house was arranged very quickly and efficiently by Anthony and team. Professional and helpful, our house was on the market within days and sold in a week

All the staff I dealt with were always positive and helpful.
Always on time for appointments.
They were very good at giving feedback.
I thought that the fact that they had someone dedicated to chasing solicitors etc was a very good idea, and she did liaise closely with my solicitor, passing on information immediately.
All in all, a very good experience.

Worked well with us to sell our house quickly - in fact we sold on the first day of viewings!

Owen was my point of reference but Mike and his Ladies ably supported him . Deceased property sale with Japanese Knotweed rearing it's ugly head at the 11th hour but all overcome . Very good communication channels and a great sense of humour from all staff which counted for a lot. Will definitely be using them again without hesitation

The process of selling our house started well. The valuation was good without being unreasonable and the photos and brochure were of high quality. An offer was made and agreed quite quickly. Mike and Owen in the Llandaff office were helpful throughout this. However, getting from an agreed price to exchange and completion was something of a nightmare and in my view this phase could have been managed much better, especially given that another local branch of H&C was handling the sale of our purchaser's house. Agreed dates for exchange and completion were missed and in the end we completed nearly 3 weeks after the date that everyone had previously agreed to, having exchanged contracts at 4.45pm the previous day. As well as incurring additional costs for the storage of furniture that was moved on the originally agreed date (otherwise we would have incurred cancellation charges) and multiple postponements of arrangements with builders, energy providers, internet providers, and so on, this was a nerve-shredding experience.

I was delighted with the service I received from the team at Hern and Crabtree. They communicated with me regularly; and always got back to me when promised, answering my many questions. Everyone was professional and guided me through the process. Would highly recommend them.
