We were looking for a flat and had made enquiries to >20 estate agents. The original flat we were viewing with Moginie James was unfortunately let before we could jump on it. However, Safiyah kept in contact with us, and called us weekly to let us know of any similar properties nearby. They were the only estate agent who didnt ignore emails or calls, and genuinely seemed to care about proactively helping us find a place. Now we've found a new flat, have signed the papers, and we're moving in a few weeks. Huge thanks to Safiyah for helping us!
