From the day Anna first came to my home to discuss putting it on the market, right through to the day I held the keys to my new property in my hands nearly six months later, Hern and Crabtree were by my side every single step of the way.
So easy to contact the team, they were pro active in dealing with any issues, extremely professional and effective in dealing with other parties within my chain and I always knew that they would support my opinions and decisions throughout the process.
Jan is superb - so brilliant at moving things along and getting to know you personally in order to ensure that she works exactly at your pace. Similarly, I always felt that Anna was only a phonecall away if I ever needed to discuss anything or had a problem that needed resolving.
Hern and Crabtree Whitchurch made myself and my husband feel supported and reassured during an exceptionally stressful time in our lives. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We sold sold and purchased our home through Llandaff Hern and Crabtree. The whole process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier with the service.

They were rubbish - vague in detail and absolutely awful in all of the most important ways. They recommended a gas engineer who provided us with a certificate while in the process of buying a house, only for that house to have a severe gas leak where the engineer claims to have checked a few months later. We were lucky to catch the leak early, but their lack of basic professionalism in recommending someone so unprofessional and dangerous could have been life threatening.

I notified them about this and they have not bothered to get back to me, which follows the lack of basic attention from them with all other communications I have had with them to date.
