Outstanding customer service and great bike & accessory range
Recently purchased two e-bikes (Moustache and Scott) from Highland Bikes and was really impressed with the quality of the bikes and level of customer service we experienced. Great advice and guidance from Steve T and very prompt delivery too. You feel confident when walking into the store and speaking to staff, which is such a great quality. Loving our new bikes. It's reignited my love for cycling.

Such great service from our local Elgin…
Such great service from our local Elgin shop. It’s the little things that count; for example: the friendliness, and a wave when walking past the shop, always feeling like you get personal service no matter how much you spend, being able to just pop in for a chat: and many more examples. This is in addition to impartial and objective advice either on new bikes or servicing from their staff team, plus competitive pricing and excellent work on servicing.
It really pays to shop locally and use a proper bike shop. Highland Bikes Elgin is such a fantastic shop. I would definitely recommend it.

Dropped my wife’s bike off for replacement cassette and Steven repaired it whilst I waited, first class service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended always a friendly welcome.

Very helpful and great service
Arrived in Inverness to cycle to Oban and realised my tyres were perished. Highland Bikes very kindly sorted me out with a new set at short notice. Thank you guys, really appreciate your superb help. Great shop as well!

The transaction was straightforward…
The transaction was straightforward enough and the item was exactly as required but I had to phone them to check it was available for collection rather than them contacting me as their website says they will do. Would have been 5 stars if they’d done that
