Ordered a couple of parts for my bike online for click and collect next day
Picked up next day so nice easy colllection

Outstanding service. Confirmed product was available so ordered online and received from Scotland to south wales in super time. I now have a very happy 8 yr old.

Would definitely recommend this shop. If their online sales are anything to go by their in store would be really good.

Needed a Shimano battery charger for an E-bike as the old one packed in.
Highland Bikes had one in stock and is fairly local so I ordered it from them (the alternative was getting one from Germany!).
They sent it next day, great service! Will pop in there shop next time passing through Elgin or Inverness.

The bike was as described and packaged superbly. It arrived in two days which was amazing! What would be a nice touch is if Highland bikes included some detailed instructions for fitting the handlebars. It’s a small matter and I worked it out but with a revo shifter it distorts your view I put a piece of masking tape in the centre measured with a tape from bar ends and did it that way. No manual is provided as is the case with all modern bikes. The bike once the bars were fitted changed gear beautifully and everything worked. I will be changing the seat and stem for a better quality one. Perhaps highland bikes could offer that as an upgrade?

I actually purchased using their online facility.
All was fine until I spotted a discrepancy in the sizing information l, but this was quickly resolved by phone.

The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. Well packaged.

Knowlegable staff with a friendly manner. Sadly I went to another bike shop for help and wasted time energy and money. Highland Bikes knew exactly the inner tube I required and sent it too me. The importance of my bike to me is paramount and I get the feeling that Highland Bikes appreciate that.
