Very quick refund
Had to return a wetsuit recently for a refund. The returns and refund procedure was easy and quick with no quibbles whatsoever. The money was back in my account within a few days.

SHOCKING SERVICE
WE PUT OUR BIKES IN ON TUESDAY THE 23 JULY TO GET A TYRE PUT ON BOTH BIKES, WE WERE TOLD TO COME BACK FRIDAY TO COLLECT THE BIKES,WE WALKED DOWN FROM OUTSKIRTS OF INVERNESS ONLY TO BE TOLD BIKES WERE NOT EVEN STARTED TO COME BACK LATER THAT DAY I HAD EXPLAINED THAT WE JUST WALKED FOR OVER ONE HOUR AS YOU PROMISED THEY WOULD BE READY, 5 DAYS TO PUT 2 TYRES ON SHOCKING SERVICE WILL NEVER RETURN.

Just to be clear, we don’t ‘promise’ bikes to be ready for specific times. If you have a deadline then we will absolutely do our best to meet that deadline, but we don’t promise it because any number of things could happen to hinder us getting the job done and through no fault of our own, the promise is broken. The best we can do, is to do our best and that seems to work for the majority of our customers.
When you dropped off your bikes, we explained that our current turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days however given that your job was not a complex one, we would hopefully be able to get it squeezed in to the queue, should a space become available and, in all likelihood, we should be able to get it done for the Friday. You would also have been informed that we would send a text message once the job was completed as we do with all our jobs. Of course, customers are welcome to to contact us using any of the popular messaging services and even by telephone to check on progress of their job.
Your bikes were actually ready on the Friday you requested (you will have received the text message). They just weren’t ready when you chose to arrive. The irony is that if you had called to say you were heading in for them, we probably would have had them ready in time for you for your arrival.
I understand that you are really just angry at yourself for walking for an hour to collect your bikes without any confirmation that they were actually ready, and that you are now projecting that anger on to us. I would disagree that our service was shocking and in fact, a little bit of gratitude would not have gone amiss for getting your bikes ready for you and for putting you ahead of other customers who are waiting patiently.
Perhaps we have both learned a lesson from this encounter.

Great service
Highland bikes sent the item really quickly.....and then we're super helpful when I had ordered the wrong thing. They helped me sort out what I actually needed, and got a replacement to me quickly.
