Such a great bike shop
Such a great bike shop. I arrived in Inverness to start a multi-day bike tour, but my gears got damaged on the train, leaving me with a repair I couldn’t make myself. The AMAZING mechanical skills as Highland Bikes got me on my way in minutes. Simply brilliant.

Absolutely excellent shop!
I ordered a limited edition product, it was a Christmas present for family. Very quick to send order confirmation and then despatch information. Unfortunately the first one went missing in the mail.
I contacted Highland bikes, spoke to very helpful and pleasant staff who monitored the situation for a few days and then contacted me to send a replacement - fortunately this one arrived and was loved by the recipient Christmas elf!
Absolutely delighted with the customer service from Highland Bikes, a very good business to buy from and very helpful if anything goes wrong with your order - highly recommended!
