Whilst we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review, it seems that you are reviewing us based solely on the delayed delivery which as we have subsequently discussed, was due the recent Royal Mail strikes. As we are sure you understand, this is not within our control and whilst we appreciate your frustration with the delay, we can assure you that it is equally frustrating for us as we work hard to offer customers a quick and efficient mail order experience, only to be let down by the delivery company.
The item you ordered, which you received on the day of your review, was in stock as advertised. You chose from one of a large selection of payment options offered on our secure website including PayPal, ApplePay and Klarna, and your item was dispatched within 24 hours of ordering therefore, I would invite you to reflect and amend your 1 star review and take these factors into account.

I just got my Highland Bicycle today!
I just got my Highland Bicycle today! I assembled it (It was partly assembled) and then took it for a test ride! I haven't really gone through all the gears and I need to make some adjustments on the disc brakes, but it seems to be a pretty sound bike! I like it! It rides smooth and looks nice too! I originally ordered the Large Size Bicycle and realized it was too tall so I returned it and ordered the Medium size! I am 5'10" so I am about average height! I would suggest Highland Bicycles to anyone! I live in Seattle so this Bicycle is going to be a lot of fun riding on the street! I did get a street bike not a mountain bike so the tires are thin and road worthy! I am a bit overweight so I needed something to give me good exercise! I literally road only a couple of blocks testing it out and I was really winded (out of breath) and my heart was pounding! I have been wanting to exercise more and I figured a Bicycle is the way to go! I grew up riding Bicycles and Building them and Re-Building them and doing general maintenance on them! Mostly I spent a lot of time destroying Bicycles on jumps and skidding and even some crashing!
