After a problem snapping my front disc brake cable I phoned the Inverness store and spoke to Owen. He said the repair could be done on Wednesday as we were passing through. This was done, as promised, in 50 minutes. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and saved our cycling holiday. Many, many thanks.

Having never bought a bike online before I was a little nervous! I wanted a Genesis CDA 20 XL and found one at Highland Bikes. To alleviate my concerns I phoned Highland Bikes and spoke to one of their staff, sorry didn't get their name, who talked me through how they set up the bike, package it back up and what I'd need to do when I received it. Concerns alleviated I went online and purchased the Genesis. The bike arrived when they said it would, the instruction sheet for me to follow was in the box, which was easy to follow. The bike was very well wrapped up for protection during transit and all was in good order. Been out on the bike numerous times now and everything is perfect. Of course I realise adjustments, servicing will eventually be required of which I'll do myself. My purchase experience with Highland Bikes has certainly proved positive. All that they said would happen, happened and I received the bike I wanted, which is superb!

I called in very early while doing Lejog I only needed an allen bolt which they managed to finding the workshop as well as a couple of spares couldn't be more helpful sign of a great bike shop thanks

Whilst cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats we found ourselves stranded with a faulty controller on one of our ebikes. Neither Trek dealer in town were prepared to help. Highland Bikes checked and repaired the bike with minimum fuss and got us on our way. Exceptional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
