Matt (Knowles) was really friendly and helpful. Understood what we were looking for, didn’t try to push us to anything outside of our budget. Suggested a car they didn’t have in that he thought would be better for us. Communicated when he said he would.

Don’t waste your money with this company
I purchased a car had multiple problems, gave an honest review and got a reply to contact them so they could look into it (even though I’d complained and nothing was done). I emailed as the response said in April, and had nothing. I followed up in May with another email and still no response. Worst service from a car dealership I’ve ever experienced! Don’t waste your money.

Great experience
Had a great experience from the get go. Crystal was amazing in helping me get a new car whilst helping sort the return of my old one and on the day of transfer Raphael was efficient, polite and informative about the entire process. Will be coming back for my next car once this one is done!

It will cost you
I got a car from Hippo in January 2026 and to be fair the process was quite smooth, however for the last week or so I have been having issues with the AirCon, and having severe asthma I need the air con working well and I have to drive distance for work. Anyway it turns out that the AirCon has a hole in the pipe, and I have been to Hippo who are wanting detailed reports and you all know garages, they will not provide this unless being paid more to do it, anyway I am going to the garage to have it fixed tomorrow and I expect a pretty big bill but Hippo are doing nothing to help, either by wanting the bill so they can pay and/or provide me with a garage to go to
