Arrived in Truro at 7:30am, my car started making a bad noise, called in at 8:30 Jeff and the guys sorted the problem and the car was back by midday !!! Best service I’ve had in years, cannot recommend these guys enough !!! Life savers

Didn’t realise MOT ran out!! spoke to Jeff and he said pop car down and would fit in around other work. MOT done in a couple of hours! Such a relief.

Originally they did not have the size of tyre we needed, however they had a delivery not long after we had left
Geoff phoned me to say that it had come in and they could fit the same day
This saved me money and time and was greatly appreciated

They also give a payment assist option if your bill is more than you can afford to pay in one go, it spreads the cost over four payments,

Wonderful service
I have been taking my car to HiQ for a couple of years now. They always fit me in promptly, explain everything well and complete any repairs to a high standard yet for a reasonable price.
I particularly enjoyed the revamped waiting area, complete with a (much appreciated) coffee machine, at my visit for a fan-belt adjustment while I waited yesterday.
