Super speedy click and collect experience :-)
Easy to order exactly what I wanted on the HMV website, then super speedy delivery to the HMV store. It was there ready for me at my convenience and, as ever, served by helpful, friendly staff. A great shopping experience!

Great customer service instore
Frustrating in that my nearest store is 20 miles away. I ordered some vinyl online and no problems with anything until it arrived. 2 (of 4) of the albums were damaged and unplayable. Unfortunately you are not able to send them back but have to visit a store instead in order to exchange or obtain a refund. The service in store was great and albums were replaced without question.

Ordered online using click and collect. Easy to order online and was kept informed of my purchase. In store I was dealt with promptly on collecting. Recipient was very pleased with his vinyl gift. Friendly and efficient service in store.

Ordered an item 31st Nov in Milton…
Ordered an item 31st Nov in Milton Keynes. Initially told item was out of stock, however it could be ordered for home delivery. We paid £22.99. A week later we had had one email confirming the order, no information about delivery or timeline. A week later we visited our local store Luton, to ask if any more light could be shed on the order. We told the item was out of stock, as in not available. We requested a refund.
Today 23rd December we have received an email stating our money will be refunded within 5 days. The money was taken out of our account within 24 hrs. We requested a refund 6th December, 16 days ago.
Amazing our money can be taken so quickly, but not refunded.
Luton have been helpful in trying to resolve the situation, it seems Milton Keynes are unaware that our money should never have taken for an item that was not only out of stock but unavailable.
