I was very happy that my Blu-ray films…
I was very happy that my Blu-ray films arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
The sales assistant in HMV was very helpful and helped me to order the films I wanted.
I ordered them on a Friday and they arrived the following Wednesday. (30th July). That was two days earlier than I expected.

Wish I could give it a 7 star
All I got was a demon slayer and chainsaw man figure and some MikeandIke cotton candy, the lady at the till was lovely her name was Ella from what I remember, Service an over all 5 star and the fact she even engaged in a small conversation with me I wish I could put that 5 star up to a 7 over all lovely day and I wish the best to Ella <3

Looking into your order, we can see that you placed an order for this item after the pre-order period had ended, less than 24 hours before the item was due to release, so unfortauntely we would not have been able to get this to you in time for the release date. Nevertheless, we were pleased to see this was swiftly dispatched and arrived with you within the usual 2 - 5 working day delivery service as per the delivery service you selected.

Extortionate prices and bumped up…
Extortionate prices and bumped up shipping so much because they knew we’d pay it for the items, also bought £500 of prismatic evolutions and not 1 sr or above, honestly had better hits from a triple blister and even from a single tin with 2 packs.. never buying from here again don’t trust them
