HMV Milton Keynes are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
I always enjoy my visits there and have always found staff to be very pleasant and often talk about the bands CD's I am buying.

Handed over and didn't dump the parcel.
Fairly quick with delivery and the delivery guy made sure to hand it to a resident of the address it was posted to. This was important to me as I wouldn't have liked a £100 parcel to be left for anyone to see on the curb. Overall nice experience.

Great customer service 👏
Accurate as ordered. Packaged well and safe. Good communication as to when to expect it to arrive and clear email to say it was ready to collect in store. Staff are friendly and helpful to find items I couldn't in store.

I found it very easy to order online and organise click and collect at my local HMV store . I was kept informed when my goods had been dispatched and when they were ready for collection. Excellent service which I will definitely use again .

The price of the vinyl is quite expensive taking into consideration the poor service on shipping. It may takes ages to arrived.

Nonsense advice without solution!!!
I know you advice me to cancel the order. This was not my point. The ridiculous is that you can't provide such a movie and you don't have a solution at all which is quite frustrating and disappointing!!!

I was cross to be told my purchase would be 2-3 days delivery yet was nearly 14 days. I was given a tracking number and then told I couldn't track it. Sorry I will not be ordering anything through your delivery service again if I can't get it in your shop i will buy from Amazon
