Helpful staff
When I was in the store the product I wanted had sold out but no problem the staff member sorted it out for me and ordered me a copy online for me. The staff member was very knowledgeable about the stock and now the product has arrived at my home I am delighted how it all turned out

All items not received …yet!
I ordered three CD’s last Thursday and received confirmation that they had been dispatched. I received one on Friday and one on Saturday, however I’m still waiting - a week later - for the third.
I tracked it on the Royal Mail website and it seems it was sent to the Birmingham sorting office. I live in near Milton Keynes. Not ideal.
I fail to understand why three CD’s, all by the same artist, would need to be dispatched from three separate locations! So much for reducing packaging.

I have not received my parcel and…
I have not received my parcel and despite messaging customer services I still don’t have a replacement or a refund.
My son’s birthday has now been and gone, yet keep being told to please wait while they contact Royal Mail.
My item was left in a ‘safe place’ but no card left to inform me of where, and no item located.
Edit; it’s now a week later and you’re still telling me to await a response. Shocking customer service!!

I got a HMV gift card for a present
I got a HMV gift card for a present, I pre ordered a CD and was asked if I wanted a home delivery. Everything went to plan, apart from a very slow Internet connection in the shop. The manager had to to intervene in the end as it took several attempts to order. Everything turned out OK in the end.
