Pre ordered from HMV the order was delivered the day of release in great condition well packed, i was fully updated on the item order and delivery just as i had expected and hoped for.

Good Customer service
Although you didn't have the cd I wanted in stock the lady (Sachen?) who served me was very personable and helpful. I was able to order and collect from a nearer branch (not collected yet).

Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Ordered a vinyl LP as sold out in shop. Probably cheaper on Amazon but I love the flicking through LPs in the racks, something you can't do on line. The LP i bought was one I didn't even know had been released, again 'random' unplanned purchases can't happen online.
