the product was perfect for my needs shame the royal mail were not careful with it but it is all good can live with slight damage on rear panel

When placing my order in the first instance - person I spoke to was extremely helpful - I'm in my 70s and struggle to do anything on line but I came into your store and found the person who helped me sorted it all out for me.

Bringing music back to life
Ordered online to collect in store, thought music on the high street was dead, walked in to the Plymouth store and it was so busy, had the best vibe and felt like shopping for music was reborn! Such a great store that felt true, rather than tech overload! Traditional shopping, chilled and absolutely on point 👌 so much better than when the store was in the mall, great job HMV ❤️
