the product was perfect for my needs shame the royal mail were not careful with it but it is all good can live with slight damage on rear panel

Bringing music back to life
Ordered online to collect in store, thought music on the high street was dead, walked in to the Plymouth store and it was so busy, had the best vibe and felt like shopping for music was reborn! Such a great store that felt true, rather than tech overload! Traditional shopping, chilled and absolutely on point 👌 so much better than when the store was in the mall, great job HMV ❤️

Yes very happy with the staff was helpful all the way Kay handled ok searched for something struggling on but found out they said its not on CD her new song ?? to a new album Lady Ga Ga we will keep any eye on it on goggle to HMV selling it....

Plymouth Hmv Staff and Service was Great.
From ordering my recent pre release Cd Album Hmv have been great as they always are when I buy anything from them weather it's in store or ordering something to be delivered. My Recent Purchase came within my timescale expectations and wasn't damaged but that's more to do with the delivery company but in general I don't think Hmv could of done anything more in this instance......the staff in the Plymouth City Centre Store are a Credit to the Company.

Ordered from the Plymouth Store online, and the two orders came separately, but both were well wrapped and it wasn't obvious what they were, which was great, as one of the items was a gift.

Awesome for the price.
I was thrilled to get my hands on these movies two days early, and paid the lowest prices, compared to where I usually would buy my movies. I had an absolute blast watching them!
