HOLD are brilliant.
HOLD staff went out of their way to inform me a product was out of stock, ask what I would like to do and offer me detailed and considered alternatives. Ordering is easy, the stock is beautiful and arrived promptly. I have shopped here a couple of times and will definitely do so again. A wonderful store offering fantastic service. Thank you!

Lovely shop carrying carefully selected pieces
I absolutely love going into this shop and if you’re not local, everything the shop has to offer online is so lovely and seems carefully selected and considered. Great selection of cards too! I ordered something online and picked it up in store, so can’t speak of the postage but I can imagine the service would be great. It is a bit on the pricey side I might say though.
