Lovely shop and great service
I ordered a soap and bubble bath with gift wrapping for a birrhday present. The products are always gorgeous. It was nice to have a card included to add a note. The delivery was quick and I received progress updates. Lovely shop and great service, always reliable for something a little different

Amazing company
I recently purchased some candles and tea for a Christmas present at the time I didn’t realise they were from the same company so I paid twice for delivery, I was beyond happy when I checked an email to say that they had refunded me one delivery charge and sent my two things together, what a kind and thoughtful thing to do. The products are amazing and such a lovely company, will most definitely be ordering again. I was so touched that I emailed them to say thank you. It really is the little things and the thought especially what we are all going through that mean the world so thank you again ☺️

This was my first time shopping with Hold and it won’t be my last! The bubble bath and oils were so lovely - they were supposed to be gifts but I ended up keeping one for myself. Everything was really well packaged and speedily delivered. They’d even added a couple of freebies / samples of perfume in the box which was a lovely surprise. Very happy customer!
