Helen Leader Superstar
Helen, our travel advisor is so friendly but professional and full of advice. She is very knowledgeable but there is never any pressure- I always book my holidays with Helen from travelling to Vietnam and Asia to Cape Verde. Safe in the knowledge that she is there with the full backing of a large brand behind her if anything ever didn’t go according to plan whilst away. Thank you Helen as always xx

Helen was so helpful in creating our dream holiday to Thailand. Her service was second to none, always on the end of a phone or email. VERANDAH RESORT - Heaven on Earth
This was the most memorable holiday I have had to date. The complex was beautiful with comfortable rooms, a variety of activities and many places to grab a meal or snack. The only drawback for me was that whilst the food was great, there was not enough emphasis put on having good food choices for pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan eaters. I found it difficult to get a good breakfast or evening meal. Having said that, once I pointed this out to the Duty Manager Venessa, she ensured that there were more choices for me. Special shout out to Chef Khari, Chef Paul who went out of their way to provide me with food I could eat. I would also like to mention Rochelle who worked in the dining room, Vanessa the duty Manager who could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Adio the DJ, Rohan and Devon the dancers kept us dancing and singing till late in the night. Leon kept the drinks coming and would always make special drinks to your specification. Christel worked for guest services and ensured that we got whatever we asked for, including water coconuts grown on site. Shamar and Tristen who drove the buggies were always on hand to take us to whichever area of the complex we required driving to. They were cheerful and friendly and engaged us in humorous conversation.

Fantastic, could not ask for anything more!!
I knew the area I wanted to travel to but that was about it, I gave her the amount of money I had and to be honest did not expect to be able to stay for 14 nights but kept my fingers crossed. spoke with jane and told her and she listened to what I was saying and said she would get back to me. Well she did the very next day which was amazing and the destination, the accommodation and the flights were great and all just in our budges AND for 14 nights. Not only did she manage to get everything we had hoped for and more but all by the next day. We booked straight away. Thank you Jane. The website you use for updates and information is so good as well.

Third holiday booked with holidays please
This is the third holiday we have booked with holidays please and it won't be the last . Sarah Jones is just brilliant listens to what we want and the pulls it all together for us . Transfers always arranged and turn up . Sarah kindly sorted our visas out for India .The day we were ment to fly is when Heathrow shut down and Sarah contacted me before I even had chance to contact her . Sarah rearranged our flights for us . I can't recommend enough .We will definitely be booking another adventure soon . Thankyou so much
