Great night out. Cheap drinks. Easy game set up. Clean establishment overall that was let down by the extreme stench lingering in the toilets (potential plumbing issue).

Excellent service and food lovely and staff friendly

I am appalled. I went with my children to have fun for my daughter’s first birthday out of a wheelchair. I saved my money for this by the way. I put my £5 note into the change machine so they can have fun on the arcade games.
The machine was making noises and no money came out. This wouldn’t be an issue if the worker sorted it out and helped me get my money. However, this was not the case. We told a worker and he said okay. He then walked back to the desk and continued to ignore us while waiting. We then asked again and he showed no response. I am enraged

I visited on Sunday 13 Th sept and the lassie on desk was great at saying about the half price offer after initial games . Nice and friendly welcome .
However AVA the young lady on the floor attending to customers was so lovely . When she passed and I asked for drinks etc she was attentive , friendly beautiful big smile . Nothing was too much bother .
It was lovely to see such nice service and made it extra pleasant being there . So many times experiences with family outings wasted by poor staff etiquette in venues !
However Ava balanced the books great night and she helped make it .
Alex the manager that I approached at end of night to say great service we received was also lovely . He was obviously trying to get everything squared up for finishing . Probably cursing I was stopping him 🤭but he respectfully stood and listened .
These staff are a credit to the company I hope higher managment in the chain take notice

Great place fun for adults and children staff are friendly too

As always . A great place to come and have a bit if fun on a rainy Saturday afternoon . Staff are all really helpful . Bowling is a good laugh and plenty of games and arcade games for afterwards .

There were 3 adults in our group and we all enjoyed our time at Hollywood bowls. We had a couple of games of bowling, played pool plus amusements. We also ate at the venue. Food wasn't great but I would highly recommend this place

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much more than organised chaos, but this was actually a really good afternoon!

We took a group of kids to Hollywood Bowl Finchley for my son's birthday and I have to say the staff were brilliant from start to finish.

We had the VIP lanes and the kids absolutely loved them. They were straight into the bowling, no messing about, and the staff were really helpful whenever we needed anything. There were quite a few children and, as you can imagine, they weren't exactly sitting quietly waiting for their turn! The staff were incredibly patient though and just got on with it.

The bowling was great, the place was clean and the arcade afterwards was a massive hit. Probably a little *too* much of a hit actually, judging by the number of tokens we ended up buying!

The food was good too and, considering we had a room full of hungry children, we were grateful that it all came out without any drama.

What really made it for us was the staff. They were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help, which makes such a difference when you're trying to organise a children's party. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

I've organised a few parties over the years and they can sometimes leave you thinking “never again” — this one was actually enjoyable! The kids had a great time, the birthday boy was delighted and the adults even managed to get a couple of games in ourselves.

Really good experience. We'll definitely be back. Five stars from us!

Went as a group of five people. Had two games drinks and food that good went to front desk and the lovely receptionist. We then had another two games.

I got to play bowling again and its so satisfying also its also accessible to other arcades that i want
