John the gardener @ boucher Road was an excellent help. Really knew his area and took his time to ensure i had what I wanted and needed. I'll be back to use the garden section knowing that support exists.

The parasol I got was not working so I rang up and asked for a replacement and I would drive back over only to be told you didn’t have any, I then looked online and it said you had 4 in stock so I ordered another one, after about an hour I got a phone call to say they didn’t have any in sock and I could get a refund if I didn’t want the difference colour they did have, I rang back a little later to see what way to do my refund then suddenly the girl on the phone said she did have one in store as there was a stock take getting done and she put it to the side for me. So after all that mucking about I had to then get my sister to drive away back over to the shop 1 hour trip all in.

Over 2 hours for click and collect not as advertised

John the gardener was brilliant - great advice and a lovely warm and friendly manner.

Michael / John was a big help, polite and professional thanks for everything.

Michael stopped what he was doing and came to help us as soon as we approached him. He helped us pick a stone, reminded us about the offer and advised on how many bags to purchase. He transported our bags of stone to the till and put them into our car for us. Absolutely brilliant service and hugely appreciated. Thank you.

We met with Michael to design and order a kitchen & utility recently. His expertise & honesty during the design process was brillant. Nothing was too much trouble and when i went home and thought what could a different design look like he was always on the end of the phone or email with a prompt response. Highly recommend Michael you won't be disappointed 😊

Went in to buy an olive tree. Was assisted by John who looks after the garden section. He was exceptionally good, so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The passion for his work was obvious and he took time to answer our questions (with us having inadvertently murdered a number of olive trees previously..!) and provided us with some really good advice on looking after this tree, in a genuinely helpful way. If you are looking to buy garden plants or trees, John is terrific and a real credit to homebase.

Visited Home base Boucher rd belfast. John from gardening section was extremely helpful not only in knowledge but also help me to car with 2 large bags of soil.

Last year I visited Homebase and met with the garden employee John. I went to the sick bay and lifted a plant he gave me amazing advice which I listened too and followed. This year I have the most beautiful plant growing “Little Ruby” thank you John I will definitely be back as you know your plants and how to keep them.

Went to Homebase to get some plants. Don’t have a great knowledge of plants and what would be the best for my garden. Met John the Gardner who gave me good advice and was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Returned a few weeks later to buy more and met him again and he remembered me which was very nice.
Helped me again to make the right choices. Totally recommend Homebase and their friendly staff. Will return again as lovely choice of plants and reasonably priced. 👍🪴

The check out staff were lovely and a nice young lad Chris helped me out to my car with the heavy tiles

John in the garden center home base Belfast can't do enough for customers but not only that his knowledge and passion for what he does is outstanding Home base have hit the jackpot and all their customers too don't hesitate to ask for his help and opinion first class.

Even though it stated the branch had my full order it only had 70% of the order. An employee stated I should have received a phonecall to explain the situation but this didn’t happen. A wasted journey and had to request a full refund. Long time before I use Homebase again!
