John the gardener was really helpful and advised me which plants to buy and also cheered my day ☺️

Michael was great really easy to work with and honest. Set it out in a way that was easy to understand fir someone with no idea. Just really friendly and helpful as are the whole team in the kitchen department as Peter I originally spoke to had an appointment booked but still helped me out.

Homebase has a great selection of healthy plants.
John, the gardening expert, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for him… even though we totally tortured him! 😊
We head straight to your Boucher Road store when we need anything for our home… especially when we need John’s friendly advice on our gardening requirements.

I was served by 'Keith' in the bathroom and shower department on the 30th May, when I purchased a quadrant 4 panel shower frame. This was fitted to day. Keith recommended two fitters referred by Homebase that could fit the shower. Sam of 'Home Improvements' was an exceptional fitter and completed a first class job, at short notice, excellent workmanship supported by his highly able assistant. He completed the work for very competitive price. He was highly efficient and a very polite and helpful person. I would thoroughly recommend Sam as a first class fitter and plumber and he should be first to ask details for in the event that customers purchase new fittings and fixtures. Exceptional. Special thanks to the customer advisor Keith for referring Sam and an excellent service all round.

Took a trip to buy some paint brushes and had a look around the garden centre, ended up leaving with 3 large bags of compost after a great chat with John and Michael who couldn't do enough to help me with their expertise, for a non gardener who hadn't much hope for herself I left feeling more confident! Also took the time and assisted me to my car which was much appreciated due to my heavily pregnant state. Thanks so much! Belfast Boucher road.

A shopping trip was a great learning experience. Great help from John who took time out and showed us the range of flowers available. Went into detail of their life span, the best way to pot them, size of pots, soil for pots regarding roots and learned about the different variety of flowers, how some are trailers and some grow upright. Interesting stuff & glad to learn and have that knowledge for future purchases. Left 2 happy customers with a trolley full of flowers. Thank you John (gardening).

We travelled from bangor for a pop up gazebo, when we arrived to boucher there was a mix up with the stock levels. An employee named Carrie was fantastic. She rang other stores to check stock and was able to sell us an ex display model, and even took it down and packed it for us. Fantastic service. Thanks Carrie.

Once again not enough staff to keep this store functioning properly. I’m regularly at the Belfast Boucher Road store to pick up Click and Collect orders. Once again today when I was there I’m left waiting at least 20 minutes for someone to find a staff member to bring me my order. Why bother sending out a message saying your order is ready to collect to then have Customers wait a ridiculous amount of time to get their items. You need to improve Homebase and get the Click and Collect service functioning properly and providing your Customers with the convenience that Click and Collect is supposed to provide.

So easy with click and collect. Great customer service and no need to troop around the store saving me valuable time.

Michael was a really great help today. He helped me get my click and collect order into my car safely and was very patient indeed!

Went to homebase this morning for some garden bits and pieces. Was helped by a really nice man in the garden centre. John the 'Gardner'. Wish everyone was a nice and helpful as John. Thank you Homebase. M

Once I had identified myself and the product code to staff I had received my item. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ordered item 15:13 & didn’t get txt to collect until 17:39. Site said when ordering item would be ready in 1hr or less. Got notification to late as I finished job at 17:00. Had to go back next day. Will be sticking with Screwfix from now on.

The ladies who I chatted to for collection helped me out to the car with it as I had a small child with me. They were so helpful and I am so grateful.
