Went to Homebase to look at some new garden furniture, following an overhaul of our garden. Charlotte and Kellie brilliantly helpful, gave options for getting it home and then made sure we could fit everything in the car. Great service and the furniture is really good quality - excellent value for money.

So the sales assistant appeared to be helpful, I was picking up a double cube unit, not the lightest....I am 66 and all he said about helping me was ",Oh I'm not that strong'...I replied "i'm not that young"...I thought it was disgraceful to employ a customer setvice assistamt who cannot be of any usr

My order was ready for collection today and was dealt with promptly by a very polite member of staff.

Visited Homebase in Bromsgrove. Lovely helpful chap on the till named Sunil. Cheerful and enthusiastic, he is a credit to you Homebase

Straight forward process, from ordering online, notification of availability for collection, and in store pick up. Good service, would definitely use again. Only improvement would be if there was an offer to see if we needed any help getting to and loading the car.

I hired a Rug Doctor to clean my parents carpets. service was quick and efficient. Sunil served me and was very friendly. Great service. The carpets came up lovely, would hire this again.

I have been today afternoon to purchase decking boards and Rasheed, very kindly offered me not only to carry for me, but also very meticulously fit in my small car, I really admire his efforts. People like him carry good image I am really impressed. On the other hand Josh on the check out really friendly and kind.

Popped into store this evening for some gravel for my patio. When I arrived, I couldn't find a flatbed trolley; Dave on the tills kindly contacted his colleague Logan who fetched it for me. When I got to the tills, Dave informed me that I was one bag short of getting a "4 for 3" deal, Logan quickly fetched me another bag and brought it to me at the tills. He then wheeled the full trolley to my car and helped me load all the bags into my boot.

Great product so far service was good

Great range of healthy looking plants at very reasonable prices. Got a half price hydrangea and 20% of a patio pot. Store looked tidy and friendly, helpful staff.

Had to return something Sunil made it easy, he is always chatty and friendly

Collected a metallic lampshade and the staff had put a sticker on it with my name off it, took the sticker off and there was paper do I have had to carefully wipe at it to get it off, there was a cardboard tag why not put it on there !
