Homebase - Bromsgrove Avis 

Just bought a corner sofa patio dining set, and 3m Parasol from Homebase Bromsgrove
What a great experience, it comes in a very large box which I had no chance of fitting in my car
Then with a great idea Devvie (she’s the stores advisor & very friendly) suggested we should open the box and place the parts individually into my car
With the help of Rasheed and Jake B we got it sorted and all in the car in no time.
I think the staff at the store are brilliant very helpful and cheerful which is a bonus these days
I would definitely recommend this store

Sunil was so helpful. I though my outdoor solar lights were faulty. It was the instructions that were faulty and he showed me how to get them to work in just a couple of minutes. Great service !

I went to pick up a click and collect order also purchased two more items while i was there, when i went to leave something set the alarm off, instead of checking what was setting it off i was asked to open my baby’s changing bag wish i went somewhere else instead of being made to look like a thief.

I go in to the bromsgrove Homebase regularly for paint, often getting in excess of 10 tester pots mixed at a time ( for art projects etc) Will tends to serve me on the paint machine and he is just brilliant , really friendly , super helpful , and always goes out of his way to make sure I get all the right colours.
He’s always happy and nothing is too much trouble. He’s such a valuable member of the team there.

We are doing some renovations to our bathroom and bedrooms and were struggling to decide what materials and paint to use. We had excellent advice and help from Hayden and Sunil. they couldn't do enough to help and are a credit to the store.

Collection was ok
However all the packaging was in shreds and boards were loose and some were split and twisted. Also one or two were faded in places.

Purchased some tiles from Homebase Bromsgrove where Lox and the team were simply fantastic, they really went over and above what you would ordinarily expect a representative of a store to do....great team, great store!!

From advice on masonry paint, to being served at the till for a click and collect, to being helped to the car with my oversized item by Lox.

Homebase had all the items we wanted. Knowledgeable staff guided us to what we were looking for. Sunil on the checkout was very friendly we had a nice little chat and he was very efficient, a credit to the store.

Huge shoutout to the team at Homebase Bromsgrove ( especially Lox). The team couldn’t have been more helpful. He helped me fit the products in the car and carry it to the car even when I could see he was super busy with everything else!
