Homebase - Bury St. Edmunds Avis 

I do recall Jade telling the customer in front of me that the tin of paint he was purchasing was on offer buy 2 get 2nd half price.... I thought that was really nice!

She was very pleasant to me and even picked up a staff waistcoat that had been left on the floor..

I wish to say how helpful and kind the staff are at Homebase, Bury St Edmunds. They are "slightly thin on the ground", but when you find them, they are always very keen to assist. I do thank them, and recommend a visit. A first-class store, with a positive attitude and pleasant atmosphere, thank you

Click and Collect protocol very easy to follow, my order was ready for collection within minutes of being placed, was served very quickly on my arrival at the store.

Placed an online order and received my confirmation information. Received a call from the store saying they didn't actually have all the items I'd ordered but they offered a suitable alternative at the same price as my original items. Good service.

Nicholas Riches provided a superb level of customer service recently after we had significant issues regarding the building of our extension (nothing to do with Homebase I hasten to add). Nick helped us select cabinets and worktops etc. for our new utility room in our extension. Nick was very patient and understanding, which we very much appreciated. Nick made everything a lot easier for us, he is a real asset to a Homebase. The level of customer service, kindness and professionalism he showed is not often seen today, so thank you so much Nick.

I ordered a BBQ and selected to pick it up. The online ordering facility was simple to use and the following day I picked up the BBQ without any problem.

Really friendly service from Jade. Opened a till up when I was waiting.

The collection process is very straightforward.
One very kind member of staff offered to push the very heavy trolley to my car which was parked in the disable bay. He then lifted the heavy bags into the boot of my car. I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name. He was one of the younger members of staff.
One thing I would like to add/ask is, why is the Homebase disabled parking bay so far away from the main entrance. This really puts us off shopping here more often. It makes absolutely no sense at all.

Jade was welcoming, helpful, chatty and most importantly had a lovely smile.
