Order was ready for collection. Staff are always helpful

The staff could not have been more helpful, showing me where to find what I was looking for in the store. They even covered wood I bought in plastic wrapping to stop it getting wet in the pouring rain as I took it back to the car.

We ordered 11 packs of large kitchen tiles. They were not available for delivery, so ordered them for collection. The assistant went away to get the tiles and returned with a lot of the packaging damaged and a couple of tiles damaged.
They sent someone to check the warehouse for more packs but this took a long time. I asked if I could change the damaged tiles with those on show (samples) they said ‘you will have to replace them’ but no one offered to help.

I just felt the staff could have been more helpful and we were worried the tiles might go out of stock.

I wish I could take the assistant at the till home and bottle her kindness. Helpful, polite and a pleasure.

It was quick as there wasn’t anyone queuing, always friendly staff at the checkout , was bigger than expected though

First saw the floor tiles in store because of the amount we needed decided to order them on line for delivery.
From ordering to delivery we were kept informed at each stage.

Have collected these ladders taken the packaging off when I got home. Opened them to try out but the will not close up again. So will have to take them back. Very annoying. Have now returned the step ladders back to store. Had a very helpful member of staff raise my refund. The customer service team at your Cannock wood store are always willing to help. So 5stars for them.

Managed to find exactly what I was looking for within 5 minutes of going in. Very friendly lady at the checkout (Julie, Cannock store). Just what you need!

I never received a notification that my order had arrived in store. I popped in on the off chance and my order was there. I was appalled to see the state of the box; there was a massive hole which had been taped up in a rudimentary fashion. I knew immediately that my cupboard would be damaged and on opening I found damage on the bottom left corner. The door was almost falling off and the top of the cupboard is covered with smears and blemishes. I think this may be an ex display model that I bought at full price. I am not happy

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us and phoned us when the item was not in stock and offered the display item, which we were happy to accept.
