Really good service. Very quick & easy to click & collect.
And staff at Stroud Homebase have been really helpful getting hold of items I couldn't collect from further away.

Great price, click & collect worked well. Unfortunately there are parts missing 😕

Great to visit a store with staff that are so knowledgable about that products they are selling. Will always return here as the customer service is great unlike other DIY stores in the area.

Nathan’s customer service during my visit was second to none! Answered all my questions thoroughly(even all the ones about the BOXES 📦) and helped with finding all the materials i required. First time visiting Homebase Cheltenham to grab some garden products, mainly stones and chippings from the clearance. I was on my own and needed a hand collecting the stones and chippings. Nathan was on hand to help load them onto the trolley and help carry some extras to the car, those big arms certainly came in handy.
He was also really helpful making me aware of some offers that were better VFM than what I had originally planned to purchase. Overall a positive experience.

Love this place.

All the staff are always friendly and greet me on every visit. Some we are on first name terms now. They always make me feel welcome and a valued shopper. Store manager is approachable and bubbly. Great young chap!!

I will always return here for my DIY/home needs.

I am waiting for a call, which I was promised would happen yesterday. After numerous calls to the store. This is to discuss an incident that occured on Sunday. I have contacted Homebase via FB this morning also.
I need this resolved due to the resultant damage.

Ordered Aftercut All In One Autumn.Was able to check stock and collect an hour later after text from Homebase in the store

Excellent store with friendly staff who can't do enough for you! The store is clean and tidy with a very good range of products, from paint & plants to chests of drawls, I never struggle to find what I need. I was served by Nathan and (I think) Alice who is a huge character and made my visit memorable! I have a bad back so she helped me to reach some items that had fallen on the floor. She informed me.. What would be good for removing sticky labels from my flooring and finally she knew where to find some large crack filler and some glaziers putty too. Alice also assisted with finding more information about a Fargo chair as there is a marc on my existing one so I will be looking for a replacement.
Nathan helped me to find some golira glue, helped me to the till and made me feel extremely welcome in what is quickly becoming my favourite shop!

Overall a memorable experience made better by the staff who are a credit to Homebase.

Another great visit to homebase Cheltenham, everything I needed in the garden centre area, and reasonably priced, with knowledgeable staff.

Upon arriving at the store I was greeted with very helpful staff who took me to what I was looking for and with some great advice. Lovely clean tidy shop with excellent customer service. Highly recommend shopping here as I will for many years to come.

Staff were friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. They were quick in finding someone to help me with choosing paint, and gave me a great deal on an ex display coffee table. They even offered to help me take it to my car. Found the staff very helpful and easy to approach.

I visited this store on Monday. What a wonderful shopping experience I had, I must of been looking rather lost as a member of staff approached me and asked if I needed any assistance, I immediately took them up on the offer as I was having trouble finding a certain paint. They knew exactly where it was and took me straight to the product. They were friendly and so helpful. They even helped me find the perfect paint brush to go with it. One very happy customer 😁

The service in cheltenham was excellent. I was helped by nathan, he gave me great advice on a home improvement project and was very friendly. i will 100% be recommending your store to everyone.
