Homebase - Christchurch Avis 

What a wonderfully pleasant and helpful morning at Homebase Christchurch. I came into the store with a trolley full of bits after a frustrating afternoon yesterday of trying to put together two chairs. Thank you Pete, you saved my day! Now I have 2 lovely garden chairs for our Sundowner Gins this afternoon. 🙏🙏 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟service 🦋 Cheers 🥂

Great store and good selection of decorating supplies at good prices Mark on the paint mixing desk was very kind, patient and smiley while we tried for ages (and ages!!) to pick the right colour. Thank you Mark and the Homebase team!

Visited today after being to several retail outlets through day and Amy was only person I saw wearing a Poppy which is so very important to this country and for such a young lady I was so impressed💫

I have never used the Christchurch store before and they are the most helpful and polite Homebase employees I have ever encountered particularly the younger and older two female staff on the front desk.

It was quick and easy. Items were ready for me to collect.

Great service from Mark at Christchurch (Barrack Road) branch. I went in knowing what I wanted but Mark was amazing and gave some great advice which was even better than what I had come up with. Plus saved me a few pennies as well - always a win. All the staff there are lovely but big thank you to Mark for being so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I purchased a “Keter” Store it Out box. The product must have been stored outside. It was sealed in a plastic cover.
The member of staff helped me lift it into my (new) car.
When I got home there was loads of water in my boot that had come out of the packaging!
The enclosed assembling instructions were sopping wet too, and I was unable to separate the pages, to read the instructions.
Bad storing of goods Homebase.

Beyond helpful and supportive at the Christchurch homebase Dulux paint mixing station. Mark was so kind and helped guide us through the options, as a first time diyer they were very!

Was told to go to Homebase

It was easy to order an item and arrange a click and collect service from the local store. I had notifications via email, text and a phone call from the store. I don’t need the phone call as I obviously don’t have the store number registered in my phone book. So I was suspicious that it was another scam call. But thank you for being thorough. Highly recommend.

Shaun was so very helpful on the paint mixing counter considering they were about to close and went over and above along with Jackie on the cashier desk.

Ordered 2 rugs online.
Delivered on day stated.
Only wanted one and returned the other to store for a refund which was promptly actioned.
