Homebase - Felixstowe Avis 

I bought a storage unit from Homebase 2 years ago for my parents and it was still under guarantee but one of the components was faulty and had stopped working.
I couldn't have asked for better service.
The manager was so helpful and the staff went above and beyond to be able to source the part for me. My parents are very happy and Homebase provided an excellent service even after the purchase.

Perfect - in and out in a few minutes. Stuart had prepared my order and it was so easy to collect. Shame about the rain though. Thank you.

This is based on the Felixstowe store. The store felt spacious and the lighting was comfortable. Items were well-presented and I found what I was looking for. The items were reasonably priced. Luke - at the checkout - greeted us as we entered and was pleasant when I purchased the items. Good service is very important to me and it was a positive overall experience.

The process for ordering to collection was seamless even to the young gentleman putting the heavy item in our car.

I’d ordered the wrong size inserts and the young man at collection pointed it out. He told us where to find the correct sizes and then refunded the original ones before taking payment for the correct inserts. I’d say he went above and beyond to be helpful.
