Homebase - Frome Avis 

Called in this afternoon to take advantage of the discounted Homebase compost
10 bags for 30£

The pallet was virtually empty and I asked is there any more.

The staff. Looked found and pulled out another pallet
The guy on the till rang the store man
Three were involved and none of it was too much effort

I said thanks and pass on my thanks

They were all cheery and happy to be of help

Im An OAP..so I’ll take help when offered .

These lads kew their jobs and were helpful

Guidance, help and amazing problem solving to get the paint I was after . Peter Took the time and went above and beyond . So grateful.

Went in store for a bbq I seen online , what was out of stock in store but Peter went above and beyond to help me.

There was a particular staff member named of Terry, who went above and beyond to help us with our garden furniture not once but twice, he took table apart to get in our car, and also helped us load it in, very helpful and friendly

We went in to get paint for my daughter’s bedroom. Peter really made it an experience for her, allowing her to help to mix the paint and be part of the process. She was thrilled!

The order was waiting for me when I arrived. There was no queue.

Click and collected worked as expected.

Ordered 10 litres (4 separate containers) of paint which were delayed arriving after 5 working days Neverthelessless, Peter in the Frome store quickly resolved the situation by searching and gathering the paints from the shelves. Great support and much appreciated.

I’m doing a small patio and needed some gravel so popped into Homebase Frome.
Mat couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed me the full range, answered all my queries and added his own sound advice.
He compared prices, searched the best deal, loaded my trolley and unloaded it into my car.
The kind of employee every Homebase should have. Thanks Mat

The item was showing as in stock when I ordered it online. I received an email and a text stating that my order was ready for collection.
This morning I receive a telephone call stating that the item was out of stock. OK I get a refund and the lady was very polite and apologetic but the system failed. The website shows others available in different branches further afield. Surely one could be delivered between branches like most other companies do. Very poor situation

WE VISITED HOMEBASE AT FROME TO BUY A GARDEN PATIO SET OF TABLE, CHAIRS AND PARASOL. WE WERE SERVED BY PETER WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS MAKING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE A DELIGHT TO BE OUT SHOPPING.

Peter helped is today at the paint counter. He was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Great service, thank you!
