Homebase - Market Harborough Avis 

Great service, and grabbed a bargain.

We ordered four terracotta pots from the store.
When they arrived, Mandy realised that there was a problem and opened the box to find all four where broken.
She kindly called and told us to save us a waisted trip to the store and that she had complained about the packaging and re-ordered.
When the next shipment arrived we went to the store and Mandy was on duty.
We opened the box to find that two of the four were smashed.
Fortunately there were three already in stock and so we could complete our order.
The packing was ridiculous, the box was only fit for something like toilet paper, and there were no fragile stickers to alert the carrier.
This whole unfortunate saga was made bearable by Mandy's excellent and thoughtful service.
She is a 'Five Star' employee.

Friendly and professional staff, and always service with a smile 😃. It's very straightforward to use the click and collect service for pick up at the store. No negatives at all to report.

We popped into Homebase Market Harborough today looking for indoor plants compost and pots.
Spoke at length to a young fella on shop floor who was extremely cheerful and helpful in finding what I needed and, although they were out of the pot size I wanted, the young man (wish I'd got his name - slim build and sort of dreadlock hair thing going on) was very helpful, engaging and REALLY knowledgeable about Calathea. Clearly very passionate about them as he talked me through the various things to look for.
My husband and I were very impressed with him and will definitely come back to this store when I'm ready to get the plants I want.
This guy really made my day, on a day where arthritis was giving me a lot of pain.

Molly was amazing, she was really kind and helpful. She didn't rush us and was patient with our indecisiveness. They didn't have what we wanted in stock so she ordered it for the next day. Also she has great hair.

Molly was very helpful this morning as one of our items had no price on it , she contacted numerous colleagues to find the price , in the end one came up with said price . She was very pleasant in dealing with the situation , well done 10 out of ten .

Huge thanks to a wonderful chap working outside 1 hour before opening time i hadn't realised i was early but was desperate for a tin of paint i had ordered click and collect he kindly went inside and grabbed it for me wot a star 🌟 great work homebase

Borrowed a 3 step ladder from a neighbour to fix ceiling light felt safe and sound using it and decided I had to have one. Went on Homebase site and picked it up within 2 hrs. More than happy with price/quality and it fits neatly in the hall cupboard.
